Panbit is a behavioral wellness platform that reimagines habit-building from the psychology up. The client wanted to move past the streaks-and-reminders model that defines most habit apps and build a product where commitment, reinforcement, environment design, and accountability actually shape user behavior.
We have led the build from the ground up. Our team of five has owned product strategy, design, mobile and backend engineering, gamification, subscription integration, and ongoing optimization. Built on React Native and a scalable Node.js backend, the platform is engineered to grow with the product and support the next phase of AI-driven personalization.

The Challenge

We built Panbit as an end-to-end behavioral habit platform, taking it from product strategy to a live, evolving mobile experience. Every feature was designed to translate a behavioral concept into a clean, usable workflow, and every layer of the architecture was built to support continuous evolution rather than slow it down. Since launch, the same team has continued to extend the product alongside the client’s roadmap.
